By booking an appointment and making a payment/ a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Client Responsibility & Medical Disclosure
You confirm that all information provided in your consultation form is true, accurate, and complete. This includes medical history, allergies, medications, skin conditions, and previous treatments.
It is your responsibility to inform your practitioner of any changes to your health or circumstances prior to each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused and/or limited liability on the practitioner’s behalf.
Patch Testing (Where Required)
Where a patch test is required, it must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you choose to proceed without a patch test, you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions. Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics will not be held liable in such cases.
Treatment Expectations
Results vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, hair growth cycle, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
We do not guarantee identical results to reference images. All treatments are semi-permanent or temporary and will fade or require maintenance over time.
Aftercare Responsibility
You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided verbally and/or in writing.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the quality and longevity of your results, and Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics will not be held responsible for any resulting issues.
Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits are required to secure an appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Full Payments & Treatment Packages

Full payments, treatment packages, courses, gift vouchers and prepaid treatments are non-refundable once purchased.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that your payment secures a specific appointment time that is reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or payment at the discretion of Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of any deposit or payment made.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will forfeit any deposit or payment made.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Refunds

Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal preference, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued where a treatment has been performed correctly and to a professional standard.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Business Cancellations

If Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics is unable to provide your treatment due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of any monies paid.
Risks & Liability
You acknowledge that all treatments carry potential risks, including but not limited to: redness, swelling, irritation, allergic reactions, pigment changes, hair shedding, or uneven results.
By proceeding with treatment, you accept these risks and release Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics from liability for any adverse reactions or undesired outcomes, except in cases of proven negligence.
Photography & Marketing Consent
Photographs may be taken before and after your treatment for record-keeping purposes.
These images will only be used for marketing or social media with your explicit consent.
Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, you agree to contact Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics directly and allow reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Public reviews or complaints made without prior contact may be considered unfair and may not be addressed.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Chè Blades Beauty & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or where these Terms & Conditions have not been met.
Agreement & Acceptance
By booking an appointment and making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
You agree that this action serves as your electronic signature and consent to proceed under these terms.
