Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, and your deposit may be forfeited.
