Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and a safe treatment experience, please read the following before booking: * Arrive with clean lashes and brows – no makeup, oils, or residue on the treatment area. * Lashes Sets - Lashes Must be booked within 2–3 weeks from fresh set , lashes must have a Minimum 40–50% remaining, anything beyond = full set required * Patch testing may be required for certain treatments (e.g. lash lift, brow lamination, tinting/staining) at least 24–48 hours prior. * Avoid wearing contact lenses during lash treatments (please remove before your appointment). * Do not attend your appointment if you have any eye infections, irritation, cuts, or recent reactions in the treatment area. * Avoid using retinol, strong skincare, or undergoing facial treatments around the brow/lash area at least 48 hours prior. * Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. Please note: Failure to follow the above may affect your results or result in your appointment being rescheduled.
