Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, and your deposit may be forfeited. Clients must inform if they have: Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne flare-ups) Allergies or sensitivities Are pregnant/breastfeeding Taking medication (especially Roaccutane / retinoids) Clients must avoid before & after treatment : Retinol / acids (5–7 days before/after) Sunbeds / excessive sun exposure Waxing or harsh treatments on the area Clients must understand: Possible redness, irritation, peeling Results vary per person Multiple sessions may be needed Clients agree to: Follow aftercare instructions Use SPF daily Avoid touching/picking skin
