Service Description
Please note: This service is for clients with previous brow work completed elsewhere. When booking, please select the package that best suits your current brows. All required forms must be completed prior to your appointment. All work will be assessed, and the correct pricing will be confirmed on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all semi-permanent makeup appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, and your deposit may be forfeited. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Clients must complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. Treatment suitability will be assessed, and we reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe or appropriate. Please note that results may vary, and a top-up session may be required to achieve the desired outcome.
